scraps::emu::majorette

there's something about a pile of fabric scraps that makes my heart go all a-flutter with bliss...
this emu also really makes my day:


there are many things that make my life complete, vintage fabric is one of them. i know that sounds silly but i can spend hours washing, ironing, cutting and sewing... time is impossible when i'm wrapped up in these fabrics.

and then there's this Majorette, she's pretty cool:
